Well, it’s time to get the art journey back on track. Covid Lockdown has been made more bearable thanks to ART. Art shows on tv, online workshops and inspirational zoom meetings with my wonderful tutor in Oz – Jan Long.
So no excuses, back to the easel!!
Last year I chose to enter the Sketch for Survival charity challenge held annually by the Explorers Against Extinction organisation.
To say that I was delighted to make it into the final 100 is something of an understatement. Sadly the planned for exhibition in London fell victim to the Covid Lockdown, but the online auction raised much needed funds for this small charity and I was thrilled that the sale of my little “Fire Cat” added to the total amount raised.
